| British Book Industry Awards Independent Bookshop of the Year 2007. We offer a hand-picked selection of new and old books. A special range of books about the Bloomsbury Group attests to our interest in those artists and authors. Our meandering aisles encompass a range of subjects, and the hodge-podge of bookcases hold well-organized fiction and non-fiction sections. We even have a garden with paperback bookcases, for browsing when the weather allows. Of course we can specially order and in-print books not stocked, and usually can have them in hand within a matter of days.We also arrange a variety of author appearances and talks, and host parties and meetings for book groups in the shop and garden. |
